Hi, I’m Silvia

I am the owner of Silvia’s Healing Place. My back ground is working in the “conventional” health care industry for over 35 years. Very early I in my career I developed a strong interest in natural healing therapies. During that time I also met some extraordinary people trained as medical doctors and then carrying on studying natural healing sciences such as TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) Acupuncture and so on. “Back in the days” this was very unusual. But it was a great inspiration to me, seeing these amazing individuals being great doctors and using the best of both worlds. These experiences lead me into learning about energy healing.

Reflexology

Reflexology promotes a healing response on the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual plane. It produces a profound relaxation and it is in this state of deep relaxation that healing occurs, stress levels are reduced and feelings of well-being are produced.

Crystal Healing/Chakra Balancing

Crystal Healing uses the powerful energies of crystals to balance, unblock & heal the human energy field, during my sessions sound is also incorporated to enhance the experience.

Space Clearing

There are many different ways a space can be cleared of stagnant or negative energy. Space clearing has been carried out by peoples of all cultures for as long as time began. Some of the tools to cleanse the environment are sound, smoke (smudge) crystals and one’s intention.

Gong Yoga Nidra

To put it simply Gong Yoga Nidra is Yoga Nidra in addition with using the Gong. One could say it is in order to enhance the experience and benefits of Yoga Nidra. The sound of the gong can be used in different ways.

Sound Healing

I now offer SOUND MEDITION/SOUNDBATH SESSIONS for individuals, featuring singing bowls, gongs & a variety of other sound instruments, as well as group sound mediations. I also incorporate sound into my crystal healing/chakra balancing sessions

Tarot Reading

Tarot Reading is not fortune-telling, but is working with the universal energies. Based on your energy vibration, certain cards will surface to depict your situation, challenges and concerns. With this information you can make better life choices in accordance with your higher self.
